E tū Job Match is a resource to support Southland workers and job seekers into decent work with fair pay, job security, a quality work environment, and genuine worker voice.
We also provide support to those looking for work, including help with CV, cover letter, and interview preparation. We help employers, who provide decent work, to find suitable candidates and offer space for them to advertise vacancies via our online job board.
In the context of the New Zealand Aluminium Smelter (NZAS), where workers are facing potential change, the objective of Job Match is to protect and support the future of these workers and the wider Southland economy.
E tū Job Match is an initiative developed by E tū, the largest private sector union in Aotearoa New Zealand.
E tū aims to improve the lives of all workers and to create fair and just workplaces and communities.
Some of our key campaigns include include Decent Work, Equal Pay, Living Wage, Fair Pay Agreements and Just Transition. Visit www.etu.nz/campaigns for more information
