CareerFest Southland is an expo that was initially driven by the Southland Secondary Schools Principals’ Association (SSSPA) and was delivered by Southern Directionz. As of this year, Great South are now delivering the event as part of their Southland Youth Futures Programme.

The Southland Youth Futures programme is a careers exploration programme. The programme brings together education providers, local employers, industry organisations, training providers and government agencies to improve outcomes for Southland youth.

The synergy between the goals of CareerFest Southland and Great South’s Youth Futures programme positions them ideally to coordinate the CareerFest Southland event.
